Madison goes about her day with a smile and caring attitude. She is always ready to assist and even anticipates what needs to be done. She was a godsend when my mother fell and broke her hip at home. She called the ambulance and took/stayed with my Father all afternoon at the hospital until a family friend could take over. She has been wonderful for our family as all kids live out of town. Thank you Madison!!!
We love Maddie. She comes in and is so relaxed and easy to talk with. She is willing to do whatever we ask her to do and when she sees something that needs taken care of she does it. She will prepare our dinner, makes good cookies, waters the flowers on the deck, plays cards with Jack, wants to paint pictures with me(Gwen). She takes us to our Dr appointments, She took Jack to the hospital and stayed with him until a friend came to relieve her. She has a beautiful personality and we just Love her!
Comfort Keepers has provided exceptional care for my father. Melanie and Nikki are highly responsive and effective communicators, making them a pleasure to work with. They consistently provide advance notice for any scheduling changes. Additionally, they excel at matching caregivers with clients based on compatibility. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of care.
We have been working with Comfort Keepers since March of this year. Our caregiver, Angel, comes in four days a week for three hours a day. She provides personal care in a caring and respectful manner that provides independence and dignity. She helps with meds, feeding, light housekeeping, food preparation and driving to doctors appointments. Without over stepping she anticipates our needs and respects our routines. Angel is also a welcome companion in our home.
We’ve been using Comfort Keepers for almost a year now. I was very anxious about having a caretaker but Angel made the transition almost seamless. She’s with me a few hours a day, four days a week. She provides amazing care in our home but also takes me out in public for appointments & fun shopping excursions. Angel is always super flexible with the changes/requests to our daily schedule and respects our routine. She is kind, empathetic and extremely intuitive. Having Angel in our lives has been a total blessing!
