My experience with Comfort Keepers has been extremely disappointing. I have had caregivers take my food and water, a caregiver make an inappropriate sexual comment, another vape inside my home, and another break an item in my home. I reported these problems to the office. During one complaint, I was actually told that I should be “grateful,” and this was repeated to me three times. We used this service for about 6 months and are very displeased with the quality of caretakers. We went through 5-6 because we continued to have issues with the caretakers being on their phones, not following instructions, and this last one threatened me and yelled at me after putting my MIL in an unsafe position. The caretakers often ran their own personal errands on the clock and did not work well with the patient nor family.
