We used this service for about 6 months and are very displeased with the quality of caretakers. We went through 5-6 because we continued to have issues with the caretakers being on their phones, not following instructions, and this last one threatened me and yelled at me after putting my MIL in an unsafe position. The caretakers often ran their own personal errands on the clock and did not work well with the patient nor family. Pro's and Con's like with any job. I didn't always feel valued but I loved the clients. Continual changing of office staff made it a bit difficult to make a connection with office personnel and their were times I had no idea who I should have been reporting to. On the plus side I had the opportunity to meet some pretty incredible people! I had the pleasure of meeting clients that changed my life and opened my heart.
