If I could give lower than one star I would. My Mom got them for some light cleaning and they never showed up. My sister did a review and mysteriously I can’t find it. After the terrible review STEVE the owner called my sister to make it right. He told her the manager Christine would call to rectify things. That was a week ago no call. Sure! Leave a little old lady hanging! He wanted the review edited, she would have if this had been made right! We have since cleaned her home ourselves and will be going elsewhere. Do not use... read more
Do not call these people. My 84 year old mother called for services and they never bothered to show up. When I called Kristine stated she didn’t deal with the schedule and didn’t know why they didn’t show. No apology nothing. I would not recommend their services at all for seniors.....period.
Very professional and caring staff. They care for my aunt like one of the family. The entire staff go out of their way to make sure we get the answers we need and my aunt gets the help she needs. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers in LaCrosse they are the best. Thank you so much for all you do.
