Comfort Keepers successfully navigated an extremely difficult and unpredictable situation with my elderly uncle suffering from dementia. The care they provided through 2 different caregivers was stellar. The communication and responsiveness from the CK staff was absolutely over and above, warm and empathetic, informative and always timely.
I have loved my experience with this company! Always professional, helpful, kind, and just overall amazing. My caregiver is always reliable, helpful, and has become like one of the family. My grandmother just loves her! She has been so patient no matter what. Thank you comfort keepers for all that you do.
Had wonderful luck with our Comfort Keepers. Easy to communicate with owner and company. Hired help to take care of my mom and we were blessed to get a great year with one caregiver, til she had to move, then we got another great caregiver for the next year. Was convenient to have subs to fill in for vacations/sick days etc. My family would recommend!
Mike and team were great. They worked with a hard schedule to fill as my mom was just adjusting to needing a care giver. They filled the spots in spite of it being really hard to get people who wanted a schedule that way. The caregivers that came were fantastic. They focused on what my mom wanted and how she wanted it. It is not an easy task to care for someone in their home, who is used to being able to do things her way and for herself. Great experience and would recommend.
