I have had Comfort Keepers in my home for over 3 years. Ma Lynn has been with us since the beginning. She has been professional, friendly, kind, and caring. Lynn has become part of our family.The administrative staff has supported our needs and have been very helpful. I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone that is in need of home care services.

Provider Todd is excellent. A am not a small person and he helps me transfer and other things. I only gave 4 stars bexause of Todd. Comfort keeps did not earn the 5th star because: 1. They could not keep a 6 month caregiver here for my requisite 12 hours until Todd finally showed up a month ago. 2. Their telephonics (VOIP) is not allowing for clear communication and I have to repeat myself and ask them to repeat themselves. This is the 21st century, not the 19th century. Comfort Keeper Aids Olga & Carol are pivotal in my Father's care and Mother's respite time. They work as a team to keep my Father safe in their home. The office staff works directly with the VA to address our needs; plus works with us for the best aid fit. Highly Recommend.

The Hiring manager called me in for an interview. I was told immediately that they mainly just hire women than why Call me in the first place. Second she told me she would call me Friday to arrange things and if not call her Monday. Upon me calling Monday she did not answer I left a voicemail and never return my call at all. Very unprofessional hiring manager also kind of rude during the interview process. That's not how you run a bussiness Very unprofessional.
