RecommendedThe caregivers employed by Comfort Keepers have done a wonderful job of caring for my mother for over 3 years now. Whenever I need anything extra or have a request from the office staff, it's taken care of immediately to my satisfaction. They have been an especially great asset to my family during this pandemic...it would have been very hard to cope without them.
As this virus is putting our seniors at risk and the government is urging individuals to take all precautions for people 60 years and above with immune deficiencies to stay home and not go out where there may be carriers. I told my mothers caregiver NOT to take her to any appointments unless she needs urgent attention, they took her to an appointment for a Botox shot in her hand. Hmm. Not urgent ! This company is incompetent. I would never place a person in their care.
Staff of Comfort Keepers have been my mothers care giver for a few months. She really likes them & so does the rest of our family
Don't know anything about the office staff but the caregivers are pretty awesome!!!!
I'm a caregiver for comfort keeper and after working here for 9 months I am very content here. I enjoy working with each match that they assign me with. I feel compleat at the end of each shift. WHEN my time comes that I will need home assistant care I am sure its comfort keepers that I'm going to call on to care for me.
