Awesome Place
Over a year ago an employee took over the York/New Cumberland/Goldsboro locations among other locations. Caregivers were not showing up and I didn't get a phone call that no one was able to take care of my parents. My mom would be the one calling me that no one showed up. I took in to consideration that with the whole COVID thing that all businesses were suffering in one way or another so I let it go a few times. If I could give 0 stars I would. After 3 calls I'd just trying to get information to possibly enroll my elderly father in poor health for assistance, this company will only say "ok give me your name and number and we will get back to" ...and then they DONT call. I finally called and asked to speak to a supervisor guess what? They "can't" connect you but one will "certainly call you back".... No thanks. If they can't even give me basic information why in the world would I entrust my father with them? Not happening.
Customer service is lacking.
