Comfort keepers is terrible. Stay away from this company. My father’s aide took today and tomorrow off and nobody from the agency let us know. I called to inquire what is going on and they took a message. Nobody called back. Nobody EVER calls back from Comfort Keepers! Find another agency if you can.
These people have an employee on tik tok talking about how she wishes death on the president and she wishes someone would just take care of it. Is this the kind of person you want caring for you elderly loved one? Absolutely disgusting.

But yesterday, I received a call from Melissa, who runs the office, saying my aid couldn’t come due to a family emergency.
