Comfort Keepers is EXCELLENT! Their management team were responsive, empathic and supportive. They listened to our needs, assessed my husband's physical and medical status, and sent caregivers who helped us beyond measure. Every single caregiver was on time, friendly, and helpful in every possible way. We felt safe, cared for and supported in healing. Comfort Keepers (Pleasant Hill -I got hired on the spot) was an excellent company that I ever work for when it comes in taking care of ppl. . I’ve work almost close to 2 years with this company and had to quit due to needed to care for my 3 young grandkids.Every person in the company that I had to have contact with was always professional and very friendly & caring. I was optimistic that comfortkeepers would be a great experience but its been a struggle working with them. Mom has had seven different caregivers in two weeks and there would've been an 8th for this Saturday, but i terminated the service this morning. Caregivers who came are all over the map as to experience and care. The first person assigned to Mom was 15 minutes late and very very passive, also 19 years old and admitted to very little experience. I recently contracted with Comfort Keepers for my mom who had gone on hospice. They were tremendously flexible with our needs, and both caregivers we had were incredibly kind, compassionate, patient and went above and beyond! I highly recommend!
