I was optimistic that comfortkeepers would be a great experience but its been a struggle working with them. Mom has had seven different caregivers in two weeks and there would've been an 8th for this Saturday, but i terminated the service this morning. Caregivers who came are all over the map as to experience and care. I recently contracted with Comfort Keepers for my mom who had gone on hospice. They were tremendously flexible with our needs, and both caregivers we had were incredibly kind, compassionate, patient and went above and beyond! I highly recommend!

I want to start by saying how distraught I am. I can't believe I am typing something in this manner. I reached out to the Pleasant Hill office to inquire about 24 hour care for my elderly parents. Not only was I met with a lack of compassion but an employee by the name of Caitlin gave me the worst service I ever experienced in my life. I asked basic questions and she was very short and cold. I have an 89 year old father and Comfort Keepers was recommended by family when I needed help with caring for my dad after a fall over year ago . Everyone at The office was so helpful and set things up for me . During the last year we have adjusted the schedule and never a problem . My dad got really sick in December and when he was released from hospital needed 24 hour care I called Ruth and she set everything up for me and put and stressful situation at ease . We were very thankful for Comfort Keepers as everybody we met was both helpful and patient, as our mom was a handful to care for. Also, no one from Comfort Keepers was ever surprised by anything that happened, so employees must be trained well. I would recommend them to anyone needing home care.
