It was awesome great food great time
Anyone even thinking about hiring comfort keepers don't. I needed caregivers for my grandmother for the days I can't be here and they assured me that they would have adequate staffing to help with my needs. It's been a week and already three no shows with no heads up that they couldn't make it. I'm disgusted! She is on hospice and needs personal care. If you love your family member and are looking for a caring caregiving service this company is the WORST!! Communication is non existent from Ricky, or anyone in the office!! My family member went without care 7 out of 10 days and during that time fell down the stairs and ended up in the hospital. They finally send someone who wore strong perfume which then sent my family member into an asthma attack and right back into the hospital. Supposed to be 3 hours a day for 7 days a week, but instead I'm lucky if I can get someone 4 days a week for 2.5 hours a day. Sometimes even less than that.
