The caregiver provided was a skilled housekeeper, very kind caregiver to my elderly mother, courteous, and honest. After four weeks a stranger arrived from CK stating the caregiver we had grown to love and trust was no longer coming and she was the replacement. I was not informed by CK there would be a new caregiver coming. I had to cancel my plans for that day and train this stranger.
