Our family has been well acquainted with the Comfort Keepers Bay City office for a number of years. One particular caregiver-extraordinaire, Lizzy, has been a godsend. She truly loves my mother and her husband and goes out of her way to make sure they are happy, loved and well cared for in every way. Comfort Keepers provided excellent care for mom. My sister and I live in different states from mom and really depended on Comfort Keepers. They were a life saver, especially Lizzie who was absolutely amazing with mom. It was clear that she genuinely cared for mom and consistently went above and beyond to care for mom. The team at Comfort Keepers have been my life line this past year. I live 12 hours away from my ill Mother and they made caring for her doable. Daily care and companionship, emergency trips to Doctors, trips to the pharmacy and grocery store - the team was there. Shelly and Lizzie are incredibly responsive and are great at problem solving. The entire staff is kind, professional, and very patient. Couldn’t have done it without them.
