We have used Comfort Keepers for numerous family members. My grandmother, grandfather, and my great uncle. They have been so very accommodating for all of our needs. They worked with our schedules and tried to understand the individualized needs of each of them. They even billed our long term care policy. They were professional and kind! They are the best and I highly recommend them!
Comfort keepers is a liar after 10 months of working with them they fired me for no reason they made up a bunch of stuff just to get rid of me because I had my opinion about the way they do things they teamed up together to get rid of me, I know for a fact that I am one of the top caregivers in Memphis, Tennessee They will truly miss me going to miss my clients and I will let my clients know about my previous employers comfort keepers is a sad place and I beg you not to trust them with your loved ones.
I have been with Comfort Keepers on and off the last several years. The care has always been great and the best in the area, however things have changed and I would not recommend them to care for anyone. I know that the owners that started the company retired a couple of years ago and that is unfortunate. Things have gone down hill since they retired. So I got fired because I got sick while being pregnant and I call them, and they told me I have to stay…. Then the lady call them and told them that I should go home because she don’t need me to stay because I am sick and Supervisor Brian call me and told me that lady already paid the company and I have to stay because there is no one to replace me, they don’t want to lose their money .
