I hired this company for transportation to a medical procedure and care back home two weeks in advance. I gave them my credit card. I called at least 4 times stressing how important it was and they assured me they had it taken care of. The last call I made was on Friday - previous to my Monday morning surgery appointment. THIS IS THE WORST HOME CARE COMPANY IN FLORIDA!!! USE ANGEL CARE HOME HEALTH... COMFORT KEEPERS CHARGES AN OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT, HIGHER THAN OTHERS, AND HAS EMPLOYEES THAT WILL SIT ON THE COUCH FOR HOURS. EVERY EMPLOYEE THEY SENT HAS BEEN IMPATIENT, UNPLEASANT, AND A JERK OF A PERSON AND VERY NEGATIVE EVERYDAY OF WORK.
