I've been with Comfort Keepers for 21 years. They continue to provide outstanding service! The professional experiences of the client care managers is invaluable when helping families navigate their needs. Scheduler Carol is amazing tracking the constant changes. I'm proud to be with Comfort Keepers.
The administrator was great. A couple helpers were great but that’s about it. My father has dementia and one of the helpers told him “he was acting like a child”. A few staff lacked motivation to offer help unless it was obvious. Lastly, our family was in crisis and the agency knew this, however they rarely had extra helpers available when asked. Because of these issues, we will NEVER use Comfort Keepers again.

The first 2 people that came earlier this year did nothing but sit and watch TV. The second time last year I called and scheduled a week of care. The first day no one showed up. I was told that the ladies son had a day off of school and you didn’t replace her. The next day she just didn’t show. While I understood that staffing can be difficult. If my husband wasn’t able to stay with her don’t know what we’d do. Went with another service.
