Carol in the office is very Friendly person to deal with on the phone as my needs change. Caretakers Samantha, Romenia, Jazz, Rochelle, & A.J. have all been very good to me & my wife to assist me in making our lives a whole lot easier with my many Military Disabilities. Only had 1 Caretaker that didn't want to return, she was afraid of what to do if I fell down with my unbalance gait. Other than that I am Very Satisfied with everyone I've dealt with @ Comfort Keepers in Portage, Indiana 🇺🇸
The service has been great! Communication is awesome and the care givers have been amazing with my mother! Highly recommend Corey, Rochelle, Julia, and Carol! The best part is the interactions that my mother has experienced over the last couple months. It definitely helps having someone help with elderly parents that may need help day to day. Thank you!
The caregivers are compassionate, kind n helpful. My aid takes great care of me. The office staff are friendly n kind as well. I've had several different agencies in the area n Comfort Keepers is by far the best!
I had two lovely ladies that really were great help to me and very good to me. The systems scheduling and billing was arduous and confusing canceling me last minute. Once I had insurance problems they were quick to cut me off despite me being in an appeal process with my insurance. Even talking to owner ?Chuck? Who was rude without any caring attitude. No pay no service. Didn’t even give me an option of private pay.
Comfort Keepers has been a fantastic help for us. We would recommend their services for anyone needing assistance caring for a loved one.
