Comfort Keepers has made a huge difference for my mil and the remainder of the house. Having a kind, caring person to interact with her so we can work has made a big difference her (&our) anxiety. The office staff are all wonderful and work very hard to fill the needs of their clients. We would recommend their services to anyone needing at home companion care.
Comfort keepers is great. They were / are there when I need them the most. I have an associate come to the house two, sometimes 3 days a week. They help and assist with things I can't do. We do my errands together. I need help with walking and she is there for me to hold her hand or arm for stability. Since I live alone what I enjoy the best is the conversation. We talk about everything and anything. I recommend these wonderful people to all that are in need.
Comfort Keepers has been an amazing addition to the needed care of our aging parents. They walked us through every step to develop a care plan for our mom and dad! Comfort Keepers has a top notch communication system, reaching out concerning parents health and needs, as well as, responding quickly to a call or email when the concern is on our end.
They Had a Terrible time with Scheduling Aides on consistent basis, required six hours a day seven days a week and when my hours changed… So did the days which I had a different aides every day and weeks on end! They sent new aides every time the got new ones, I felt as I was their trainee which then trained them and they would move them to new clients. Carol in the office is very Friendly person to deal with on the phone as my needs change. Caretakers Samantha, & Evelyn. have all been very good to me & my wife to assist me in making our lives a whole lot easier with my many Military Disabilities. Only had 1 Caretaker that didn't want to return, she was afraid of what to do if I fell down with my unbalanced gait.Since that experience I've had a couple of additions to assist me in walking around the house.
