Before taking the job, make sure to ask how they are paying you for their mandatory training. Comfort Keepers pays 7.25 an hour for their training. You will have to do 10+ hours of online training on your own time. Then they make you come in for an additional 4.5 hour long video and sign paperwork. Together the process was 15.5 hours of training and any additional time you spend training at client's home is paid at that training rate.
