I have had to report this company twice for billing Tri West ( VA ) for services not rendered. The first time I thought it could have been an honest error. But now I see they have continued to bill Tri West for two months of visits after the patient was not even in the home ($3,576). The care provided was fragmented with frequent changes in caregivers.

I want to thank God for Comfort Keepers entire staffs That works in office whom is very pleasant and respectful. Prior to My letter of Resignation, I found this Company to be unworthy of receiving any Clients. They also rarely have enough Staff to cover Client support, yet wont' offer any to anyone who can work. I left due to a lack of support and jobs. I saw sloppy work, callous caregivers, received complaints from many Clients, and Staff wouldn't bother to return a call or offer any good position unless it was last minute, and an important Client. My experience with Comfort Keepers has been great. Mostly employees are on time and spend quality time with my Dad so I can go about the business of keeping the house. My favorite caregiver, Karl, plays board games , talks about his service, and listens patiently to stories he’s heard a dozen times! Kudos to yall!!
