Clean rooms and hotel area. Friendly staff and cookies!!! Punky approved too!!
During our recent three-night stay, we encountered several service deficiencies. On the second morning, we requested fresh towels for our room, anticipating our absence for the day. Despite the front desk representative noting our request, no towels were delivered upon our return at approximately 10 PM, necessitating a second inquiry. This was, unfortunately, the worst hotel experience I have had. It required three room changes before we got one with functioning air conditioning. Even then, the room had a strong musty odor. All of the rooms were filthy. The linens were full of stains. The breakfast terribly disappointing, with a basket full of moldy fruit. Given that the pricing is comparable to other hotels in the area, I expected a significantly higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance.
