The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. However, the HVAC unit was not on when I arrived and the room was quite warm. Couldn't figure out how to get it running and called the front desk who helped me through it. Room was fine afterwards, but I do wonder if hotels realize how off-putting it is to come into a room that's too hot and the HVAC not set up.
