Made a reservation for 2 nights, Saturday & Sunday had a family emergency, real emergencyfamily member hospitalized. Called to see if a refund was possible for Saturday the answer was No. OK get it's a weekend so asked if we could change our Saturday to Monday changing our stay to Sunday Monday the answer No! Where did the customer service go, working with families in a difficult situation and making room for the fine print in the rental. Shame on you guys!!!
Terrible service for military members, the general manager lacks professional skills and the only saving grace is the cleaning staff.
