I stayed at Comfort Inn Ventura Beach from 2/26-3/1/26. I had hot water 1 of the 3 days that I was there. I was never contacted during my stay about this issue; in fact I overheard a conversation with another desk and a guest about it, which is the only way I knew officially that the entire property was without hot water. Very frustrated with my stay. I used extra points to get a suite. The whirlpool jets did not work. We could not get the heating/ac unit to work. The fireplace did not have a remote. We finally found a switch to turn it on at the bottom when we moved our hand over it. The couch is sunken in; old. It was a nice room in its day, but desperately needs updating. I loved this place so much. The employees are so kind and friendly. Lucia the lady who makes breakfast is the best! I will definitely come back here.

Jeremy goes above and beyond with his customer service. Is really great at explaining all amenities and quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. He is amazing.
