Very disappointed with the front desk management at this hotel. I previously missed my original stay and called the hotel to change the reservation to May 22. The front desk staff told me everything had already been taken care of, explained that I would just need to pay the price difference, and even discussed the updated balance with me. We stayed one night while in Ventura beach. The experience was great! The room was clean and comfortable and was very modern and new feeling. The staff for check in and breakfast were helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel!

Great location. Easy to get to. Rooms are clean and well stocked. What really gives the location 5 stars tho is the staff. They are so kind and accommodating. I've never had someone else make the waffles and being the mom who makes everyone's waffles, this was a rare treat. Thank you for taking care of us. We were here to spread my father's ashes and having the comfort of actually being taken care of was so appreciated.

We booked and paid for a room with 2 queens and a pull out couch to fit our family. They did not actually reserve this room for us and gave us a room without the pull out couch despite us having paid for it. Then the following day they called me while we were sight seeing and said they could move us into the right room, however when we got back to 4 hours later, they once again gave away the correct room.
