We booked and paid for a room with 2 queens and a pull out couch to fit our family. They did not actually reserve this room for us and gave us a room without the pull out couch despite us having paid for it. Then the following day they called me while we were sight seeing and said they could move us into the right room, however when we got back to 4 hours later, they once again gave away the correct room. Thanks Bernadette! The hotel stay was phenomenal. Great customer service, the breakfast served by Lucia was outstanding. The room was clean, bed and pillows were so comfortable. The both of us had nothing but great compliments about that hotel all weekend. The location was perfect. It will be our go to when we visit Ventura! Five Stars!

Would not recommend this hotel for anyone with children. People are up all night long throughout the hallways. I was awake all night long due to people bringing their bikes up and down the hallways and the homeless banging on doors. Def some safety concerns.
