Very cozy suit, I liked that we could see our car from the window... Lol Staff was kind and helpful, breakfast was good. Bed was super comfortable too!
My experience was unacceptable. The front desk clerk was uninformed and deceptive, and it was clear he had no intention of honoring my Choice Privileges reservation. He attempted to charge more than the agreed rate, and when I tried to address it and mentioned filing a complaint, I was told to leave. That level of treatment is both unprofessional and embarrassing. If this property does not intend to honor the program, it should not advertise participation in it.
