Our room had no towels when we arrived. There was a spray of something wet on the only chair there and the floor was damp. There were also black fingerprints on the wall. Not all that clean in the rest of the room. Pool closed in July.

Currently staying here for two nights if it wasn’t for the money I spent I would leave. The upkeep of the rooms are horrible. I left to get my own cleaning supplies. I was moved from one room because the pipes were leaking. The towels in the rooms are dirty. Dead bugs on the air conditioning unit. Hallways are filthy and inside the elevators. Floors not sweeped nor mopped. Again would leave but can’t afford to loose my money.

Unfortunately showed up to a reservation (made via Booking.com) alongside 3 other people and were told their boiler was broken and there were no rooms for the day. The front desk worker was sweet but not very helpful in confirming we wouldn't be charged for our rooms or pointing us in the direction of other hotels. Yesterday I got a confirmation email, so it's unfortunate they didn't update their customers. Now scrambling to find a new hotel for the night.

There was no hot water, the pool was closed and the headboard of the bed was shiny and sticky like lube hand prints that I had to clean myself. It took 20 mins to have someone come to the front desk so I could check in. I wasn't told about hot water until I had a sheer and couldn't get it warm and called the front desk to be told yeah there isn't any hot waste. Bed was firm pillows were basically air so very flat.
