This is an odd hotel... A Comfort Inn and a Quality Inn have been joined together, and the renovation is incomplete. In some places, there are formerly outdoor hallways that have been enclosed to be indoor hallways, but are still designed as external hallways with windows. It is the mating of a motel and a hotel, with the worst of each. Despite that, I have given the hotel a couple more stars. Because the rooms are modern, clean, and well appointed. Kierstan was a rock star at the front desk . I had an issue with booking a room and she did an outstanding job getting me squared away. It was a pleasure to meet and deal with her. Other then a few things out of her control with the room I would have gave the room 5 stars. I would stay here again in the future.
