The hotel is in horrid condition! Photos below to reference my complaints. The carpet had stains everywhere, there was mold all over the heater, mold inside of shower, bathroom sink stopped up repeatedly, coffee machine was filthy, rust on bathroom shower curtain holder, doors were all scratched up, the lights were broken and didn’t come on, lamp shade tore up and they have roaches! What a dump! It looks like it needs a renovation - it does. Smelled smoke in lobby, my room smelled like it as well - my clothes smelled like smoke days later. The refrigerator didnt work and they told me they were getting a replacement - at Walmart 2 vlocks away - i asked 2 hours later and they said they had to go to Home Depot (also close), never addressed. Room was shabby. Fitness center was tiny with next to nothing in it. They charged me full price but said they would give me a reduction - the Best Western Plus was $30 ... read more
The pillow had blood spots on it. It was flipped on the other side. My partner noticed it while I was laying on it because I hold the pillow to get comfortable.
