The hotel smells like Straight pot upstairs on second floor they need better staff workers especially the Melissa Desk worker is straight disrespectful. They need better staff members and they complain about every little thing that you don’t even do. I don’t recommend children being here because they complain about every little thing with children
Staff is terribly ignorant and up mad disrespectful complain for Things you don’t even do Give you warnings because you have children and children will be children, especially their staff Mellisa straight disrespect From her. They need better Staff workers.
We have our monthly meeting there every month. Neat, clean with a great staff.

My husband and I recently stayed here and it is now one of our favorite hotels. Upon walking in, the person at the front desk (I believe she was the manager) was one of the highlights of our stay. She was so polite and gave us great service. I immediately felt comfortable and she added on to the excitement of our stay. Upon walking into our room, we were shocked at the size of it.
