Great hotel to stay in if you are visiting any vacation spots (Parks, trails, Corning Museum) nearby. Loved the breakfast spread with the inclusion of masala chai
The rooms, in an attempt to be modern, felt cold and uninviting. We had an issue with our thermostat which was annoying trying to keep the room at a comfortable temperature all throughout the night. The phone was disconnected. The pool area was really nice, though tempature of the water could have been warmer. Beds were okay, not the most comfortable but not the worst either. Continental breakfast was nothing exciting. It's fine if you're just staying for one night.
The rooms are big and bathrooms are so so nice and cozy. They're so pretty that I am actually taking notes on how I want my own bathroom to feel when I build a house. The beds are not too hard and everything feels clean. There isn't a fragrance smell hotels use to mask odor. We asked for a late checkout and they charge a fee but allow it. They have cookies at the desk and give you small chocolates when you get here. There's lemon infused water and another fruit infused water in the lobby.
