Pros/Cons: PRO:hospitality is top notch. Employees are eager to help and please you. They seem to like their jobs. CON: NO hot tub. PRO: rooms and building are well maintained and very clean. CON: ROOM 123 is noisy due to being across from the indoor pool. PROS: Breakfast buffet with restaurant style seating. Booked a trip for my wife and mother-in-law at this location for a 3-night stay. Within 15 minutes of arriving and getting into the room they had to leave. The odor in the room was so overwhelmingly strong that my mother-in-law couldn’t catch her breath as she suffers from COPD. When this was brought up to the staff they stated “we can’t have you smell every room” and claimed if was the cleaner they used.
