A good stay overall. Large rooms. Front staff was nice. Cleaning did not meet service expectations. The bed needs replacement. Very saggy and little support. I didn't sleep at all with a bad back from a car accident, but this would have been an unpleasant night regardless. I would suggest making bath towels more accessible so people with bad backs don't have to struggle to pick up towels from the vanity shelf on the floor. A towel rack would be a nice addition to the rooms.
Directly off the Interstate, Next to a couple of take out places, pool/hot tub amazing! Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing night! One problem I had was the Bath/shower squeaked very loudly during showers, not the end of the world but definitely something to get used too.
Choice Rewards stole 22,000 points from me. when I asked if they would return them they offered to sell them back to me. I've never felt so violated and offended by a company in my entire life.
I had a lovely stay at this motel and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. I especially want to highlight the reception staff I interacted with yesterday — they were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
