Front desk and staff were rude when asking about things like missing blow dryer and missing deposit. Hallways and elevator had a strange smell

Room was great it just got remodeled but lot of construction going on there still so somewhat noisy

Room was clean, but as I was paying deposit etc..and given room cards I asked about the pool. Was told pool and hot tub were closed!! This was a night away..so disappointed! Gave keys back, and left to come back home. Was told No Refunds??!

We had a renovated room and absolutely loved it. It smelled great and was clean. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was good and enough. Staff very friendly and helpful. The ongoing constructions didn't bother us at all. No noises were heard from our room. The location is perfect as it is close to shopping and dining. Once the hotel is finished, it will be beautiful. We will definitely be back.
