This hotel is very clean, the people are friendly, the beds are comfortable clean sheets enough towels and wash rags perfect place to stay a home away from home.
Everything was great just wish they didn’t cut the breakfast at 9:30 should be 1030 or 11 o’clock
Absolutely unacceptable. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with my stay at Comfort Inn & Suites. The hotel had a hot water issue that prevented my mother from taking a proper shower, and when she approached the front desk for assistance, she was treated with complete disrespect. The employee at the front desk was dismissive, rude, and acted as if helping guests was beneath him. He voiced he wasn’t going to deal with her and slammed the office door in her face!!! Poor customer service. Was treated very rudely by staff when we asked for assistance. The rooms are all also very dark, muggy dreary and not well stocked.
