I arrived at 5:00 and checkin was 3pm. The room I booked was not ready, so was changed to a different room. The shower was equipped with slots for shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner was empty and the shampoo bottle just wasn't there. The continental breakfast was decent. The location was very close to worlds of fun, but the budget hotels nearby would have likely been better service for the cost

Someone named Vijay who appeared to be a manager gave the absolute worst service! I stay in this hotel all the time for work and have never had any issues. Today there was nobody at the front desk for over 15 minutes while guests were waiting to check in/out. Vijay appears from a back room with a laptop and heaphones on. Allowed a guest to yell and whistle at him to get his attention because he couldn't hear because of the headphones. Elevators broken. Carpets are so loose and ripped you can barely push luggage down the hallway. Sticky floors. Blinking police red and blue lights on their exterior cameras for security that bleed into the windows. No WiFi working. Front desk can’t resolve issues. Generally feels dirty, broken and unsafe. Always something wrong at the Comfort Inn. The staff were very kind though, they allowed us to get breakfast after the normal hours and my child had a bloody nose on the sheets they understood and didn’t charge me for.
