There is no sliding chair in the bathroom like there was supposed to be. It is not a handicap room. No bars in shower infact it's a tub shower not a walk-in shower like it showed on the pictures of the room that I had chosen. On the other hand the lady at the front desk was super nice and friendly and very helpful.

Everything was great except that I had big problems with the night desk clerk when I asked to have my freeze packs from our cooler put in the freezer. She told me they didn't have a freezer, and when I insisted that I had been able to do it before. She said it was against the law. When I asked her to contact the manager she reluctantly spent about 3 minutes texting someone and then angrily said she would take the freeze packs. Didn't get the room I reserved and they were full but staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate for the mistake.

If you DO NOT need friendly customer service then I recommend Comfort Inn. There is a lack of communication/training dealing with hotel guests. We were told we would receive housekeeping service on the 3rd day. That was not the case. Location was close to Fort Riley base but book at Best Western down the street. Expedia was more apologetic and offered more empathy than Comfort Inn

This hotel is so ran down, needs a remodel or just torn down. The pool was very low on water and the pool heater did not work. Weight room was very nasty 🤮🤮. The room was in very poor shape, bed was very uncomfortable. Peeling paint and rust everywhere. The only plus about this place is location. And the suites are very small not worth the money
