Arriving early tired and just completely exhausted. I knew it was a chance my room was not ready. Specially since the night before was completely sold out. I took a chance anyway. I don't remember her name ( believeit started with a T). But she was professional, attentive and very accommodating. Her customer service was top notch. I appreciate her for going above and beyond. Excellent guest services clean rooms, pet friendly this is our fourth time here we love it
The hotel lobby was not very clean and had an unpleasant odor. My room also had a unpleasant odor. The carpet was worn and dirty. The blackout curtains were too short which allowed a lot of outside light into the room at night. The door was also too short and there was a large gap between the bottom of the door and the floor which allowed hallway noise and light into the room. The bed was comfortable. I would not stay at this hotel again...especially for over $200 per night.
