We had a really good experience at this Hotel. Jayne the front desk guy was AWESOME and the woman that checked us in was super friendly. Izeb was her name I think. Rooms were clean. Staff was great. Location was good as we headed to a 3 day PHISH concert! I would stay here again
Completely incompetent desk clerk, can't use computer, take payments, or give receipts.
Booked here for 2 nights with a friend this past weekend and it was honestly a 5/10 stay , once you walk into that place there was a funky smell . Once we got into our room the smell was horrible and the toilet wasn’t flushing we called the main lobby where they switched my room immediately. Walking into the second room it was the same smell we turned the Ac on and blasted the air to see if it would help and it didn’t we slept with our blankets over our heads because of the funky smell we had to go to target the next morning... read more
