Front desk ladies were awesome and accommodating. I was a bit uneasy when one of the people loitering at the front of the property followed me upstairs and observed which room I went into.(There are lifts, so somebody except me - who has claustrophobia - using stairs not lifts is weird). There was a chain and lock on the door, so felt better. The car park sign warned it wasn't safe to use it before 7 am or after 10 am. The stairs smelled of urine.
