We reserved a block of rooms for traveling guests for our wedding. There were plenty of hotels less expensive, but 14 guests chose this one as they offered a shuttle to and from the venue. The afternoon of the wedding, when all the guests went down for shuttle, they were told there was no shuttle. They panicked and called me.
