Mild hotel
My only complaint was that it snowed .. not their fault and a known hazard in February.
Great hotel. Beautiful rooms, absolute comfort. It's a little confusing getting there.
We were there from December 28-30th, 2025. Our bathroom was not cleaned. We had fresh towels and soaps but there was dried iron on the toilet seat and hair all over the tub. I let the front desk know and they did offer us 5000 points. My son also left a brand new speaker in the room. I called and told them exactly where it was but “unfortunately nothing was there”. The breakfast women was an 11 out of 10 she did a fantastic job!!!!
