Ok value for price. Appeared clean rooms, bed on soft side, pool closed (sign said next few days) check in staff scruffy and seemed disinterested. No staff at check in/out in the am. Breakfast inadequate. Nothing being refilled ... appeared after watching was staff did not arrive on time check in/out staff sharing duties. Ice not working...appeared that property struggling. Not in bad shape but will continue to decline
Horrible customer service (Daisy) called to get towels she said she didn’t have any and we should have asked for extra service to get some my mom even offered to wash them and she told her the washer was broken. Horrible place!
The lady that checked us in that night was very sweet when we came back from the room letting her know the ac didn't work she moved us to a better room. She was very helpful with all our needs and was very kind to us. We were however rushed to check out. We went to have breakfast at 645 and enjoyed our coffee and a smoke outside and when I returned to the room at 730 my door was proped open and the beds were stripped down , all the lenons were on the chair.
