Had a blast, Julia was going above and beyond and I mean really! She remembered my name and once again, we need more people like her in hospitality ⭐️
Comfort Inn is a very welcoming and have great hospitality. The front desk ladies are always nice to the guest with smiles on their face all day. I asked for a glass of apple juice at 11 o’clock at night and they were still happy to get it for me because that is what customer service is all about I will forever come back to this hotel when I am in Collingwood never anywhere else
Marianne is an absolute sweet heart, I will only and always stay here as long as she is here. That's my girl nice to meet a real person with a genuine soul.
Location: absolutely excellent. Right on the edge of town with easy access to blue mountain, or into town. Cinema is across the street, grocery store and Walmart with circle k across the street in case you need something quick. I don’t think they could have a better location if they tried. The service was excellent, my friend and I drove up separately and they had no issue with that.
