Overall good Experience
Attached is a photo of the FALSE advertisement of an indoor pool being at the hotel. When we checked in we asked what time the pool closed and she said we don’t have one. The whole reason why we even booked here was for my daughter to swim! When we went into the room it was 75 degrees and mind you it’s June and was 30 degrees that day. The room was boiling hot, someone had left the heat on full blast, the woman at the front desk actually upgraded our room and apologized which was nice. This room was much bigger and nicer. Great place to stay in Collingwood. The room was spacious, the breakfast good and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. The bathroom is a bit cramped but shower is large. Great location and easy to find.
