The room was very nice, clean, and big. BUT! The pictures are deceiving. Looks secluded but it's in a very busy area. Then we were givin a room that someone else was in. Then we had to wait for the girl to come back. It was late and we hadn't had dinner. We were supposed to have a water view we didn't. They had construction going on. I guess my expectations were to high. Then no elevators. The only thing that saved this trip was the room. Very rhankful for that!

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great but they don't have elevators for your luggage or wagon to carry up stuff. And there was a huge ugly spider in our room. Not their fault but still. Just Letting other Arachnophobia ppl know.

I had a fantastic experience at this location, thanks to Bryan at the front desk. After a long and stressful day of work and travel, his warm demeanor and exceptional customer service really made a difference. He was incredibly helpful and made me feel welcomed. It’s rare to encounter such attentive staff, and Bryan truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place!
