Oh boy, where do I start! First of all do not stay at the roach motel because you will be up all night wondering if there are cockroaches and ants crawling on your bed with the dirty sheets that were never changed nor cleaned to begin with. I have slept in choice hotels from VA. Beach to Lancaster PA. and I have never been so disappointed! Unfortunately this hotel did not meet choice standard of excellent. There was so much that was unsatisfactory from the Lobby to the smell of Marijuana in the hall ways. My 2 rooms were not vacuumed when we arrived, there were stains on my linen and no lights in the entryway, holes in the walls and dust everywhere! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A NEGATIVE 10 I WOULD. I BOOKED 11 ROOMS THIS WEEKEND, EVERY LAST ROOM HAD MOLD AND ROACHES. THE MOLD SMELL WAS SO THICK I THOUGHT THEY HAD A POOL. 1 OF MY ROOMS CARPET WAS SO WET WHEN SHE WALKED ACROSS IT YOU CAN SEE THE WATER AROUND HER FEET. ANOTHER ROOMS CURTAIN HAD MOLD SO THICK IT LOOKED LIKE ROCKS. The day manager was absolutely horrible. Everyone has bad days, so I told my husband to just brush the, MULTIPLE , days she was rude, nasty, unprofessional, etc. Well, we uses the app for points. Apparently the app did not put it through the night before, quick enough. Now, keep in mind we had been there like 20 days so far. So, he gets up, goes down, takes care of the it.
