Despite the room being okay,the king bed was comfortable. The TV. was okay not excellent.One of the worst experiences here that I had as far as my stay at hotels in general. If I could give zero stars I would! Both elevators(no other elevators) were out of order and I needed to use a cart to bring my things into the hotel upon arrival. The only way I could get a cart from the 3rd floor to the ground floor was via the stairs!!! This was nuts!!! This was just one of the numerous cons! Horrible place to stay! There r 7 floors and only 2 are working so more than half the building is closed which is weird! There wasn’t a pool working! It was so dirty my toilet seat wasn’t even attached !! So disappointed !!!
I had a decent overall stay at Clarion Hotel & Suites BWI Airport North, and I want to recognize the staff for providing excellent service throughout my visit. The employees were friendly, professional, and helpful whenever issues arose. Upon arrival, the first room I was assigned had a strong cigarette odor despite being designated as a non-smoking room. Staff overworked, no towels or wash clothes, terrible shower. The 2 bedroom suite was worth the 50 the first two night. No smart tv jail time tv shows. Latonya bussing her butt tryna keep up with maintenance my toilet don’t work. It’s crazy for now 100 a night. This is pretty much a luxury Motel fr.
