It saddens me to write a bad review of a business but this hotel is a disaster. I hope the owners read this and train their management and staff on proper customer service. I made a midweek reservation for three rooms via Priceline. Upon arrival, the rooms were booked as single king beds. We needed one of the rooms to have two Queen beds. The young man at the counter was confrontational and poorly trained. He treated the fact that I reserved the rooms through Priceline as some kind of insult. Fabulous!! Love this Comfort Inn... updated rooms, clean, fluffy white towels... always try to stay here when passing thru! Thank you for a good night sleep!!
We've been driving from the West Coast toward the East Coast, staying at many Comfort Inn hotels along the way, and this has been the best one so far. The breakfast was excellent, with both waffles and pancakes, plus fresh fruit, bagels, sausage, omelets, and more. The coffee was surprisingly good, be sure to try the "Holy Cow" blend! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Highly recommended!
Very clean. Wonderful staff and nice breakfast continually replenished. Highly recommend.
Stay somewhere else. Air conditioners are very loud! Stayed twice in 8 days. Same man checked us in twice. Was rude and barely acknowledged us both times. Must hate his job. Good breakfast. Vending machines were either empty, broken or exact change only.
