Le pongo 3 estrellas porque ofrecen un hotel con piscina, pero no la tienen temperada y está tan fría que hace imposible usarla o disfrutarla. Las cortinas del cuarto son casi transparentes, entra toda la luz tanto de las luces de la noche como del amanecer. Por lo demas, el desayuno estuvo bien, lo clásico de este tipo de hoteles pero algo de frutas y acompañantes para los Wafles que le dan su toque La habitación estaba bien cuidada y limpia, el único problema fueron las cortinas
Showed up to the hotel and was turned away despite having a reservation!! When I made the reservation, I notified the hotel that I will be arriving between 10-11pm which was approved by the hotel which they notified me through the messaging on Booking.com. When I arrived at 10:50pm, the front desk staff told me that earlier in the day, they realized they overbooked for the night and they did not have a room for me to stay at. Magnificent! The food💯And the staff are like family. I'll definitely refer people and make visits as much as possible.
The low rating is mainly due to extremely poor service. One front desk staff member who was on duty throughout the long weekend made us feel like we were bothering him from check in onward. He was consistently dismissive, discourteous, and unwilling to help. For example, the wall mounted liquid soap in the shower ran out during our stay. When we called, he said there was nothing he could do because only housekeeping, who would not be back until the next day, had access to it.
