Hotel was nice til the heavy set darker toned girl took over. A lot of services and amenities quickly diminished/disappeared. Hotel became nasty and staff’s appearance including the general manager became just as nasty as the hotel. This was always my go-to when visiting since it’s across the street from the airport but now I take my money elsewhere. The Hilton garden is down the street & a lot closer to restaurants/stores.

Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! I recently stayed at this hotel for business, and it was hands down the worst experience I've ever had. The state of the property is appalling. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a lobby that was below any reasonable standard, with dirty walls and overflowing trash cans in the hallways. The carpets were filthy, littered with actual trash and even dead roaches, despite the housekeeping supposedly having cleaned the area. My room was no better. The hallway carpet was black, I had too moved to a cleaner room, but that room was a bit better! Air was wasn’t good. I never received my $25 deposit back. Plz don’t stay here! Staff wasn’t dress nice at all, with bonnets on their head like they going to bed instead of work. Just horrible experience
