Room was clean, location right off highway 89. Near shopping and restaurants. This is where they shine. I had a small problem with a time crunch and they came through for me. Thank you very much...
Alex - front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. This is our first time in Vermont. This is will be our go to if our daughter decides to go to Norwich university. It's conveniently located off the highway 89. It's clean. Odorless. Breakfast was good. The coffee was good.
The short story: not nearly worth $300/night. The longer story: lumpy pillows, not much soundproofing, and a non-working refrigerator in the room. I specifically needed a fridge to store breast milk, so the latter was a major inconvenience. They did have an ice machine, so I figured it out, but I couldn’t refreeze my cooling pack for the next day either. They advertise EV chargers on booking but when you use the Tesla chargers and ask to use their restroom they say they’re not the ones who own the parking lot where the chargers are and don’t let you use the restroom. Because of the snowstorm there was no path to the welcome centre, so we could not use a bathroom while we charged at all. Lady at the front was incredibly rude. If you use the chargers as a facility to advertise your hotel, you have to also let people charging their cars use the bathroom. Can’t have it both ways... read more
