Front desk staff was RUDE (except for our checkout gentleman). The guy who sits in the corner during the week, almost never made eye contact with anyone. We were not permitted to check in 20 minutes early, so don't expect that. The lady who checked us in at 3:05, was determined to finish pouring her juice into her sippy cup before she would acknowledge me. She was slow and gave off a rude vibe. They do not clean like they should in these hotel rooms. I dropped my phone. Been down to pick it up and this was behind the nightstands. I did not have McDonald's I did not eat anything while I was there
Well, I been here for three weeks and not once did a maid our anyone come and clean the room, change the sheets, or refill anything. I asked yesterday about this and said someone will clean it today. No one came. The floor was dirty when I got here, mildew all in the bathroom, there was a bunch of trash under the mattress including Trojan wrappers. So my next three weeks in town will be at the holiday inn.
Place is okay some employees are rude but not all. Ive been here for a few weeks and rooms are okay not the best place but not the worst. Breakfast is available. 2/5.
Worst hotel service and employees are very disrespectful. Stay away there is better places in the surrounding area. Save yourself the disappointment
