I needed a place to stay, and they had a room available. There was mold on the curtains, lamp shades and flakes of mold were coming out of the bathroom vent and dropping on the towels. Someone’s used underwear was laying on the shelf above the clothes hangers. I pulled the bedspread back and it looked like someone had slept on the sheets. When checking out, I was unable to get a receipt for the room. Not even a screenshot.
The elevator was broke which wasn’t shared on booking and couldn’t change reservation. Pictures are out dated. Everything needs a good cleaning. Pool had algae all over the bottom so no one would use it. Man manager was rude at check in but female morning staff was very nice. Bed is very hard. Sheets are dingy. I would definitely pay 20 more dollars and stay elsewhere.
