my room was infested with ants. I just left.
Upon check-in there were no towels in the room, requiring a second trip to the front desk. Later, while scrolling through TV channels, there were no local channels available. The front desk informed me that local channels were not available at this location. Additionally, water pressure in the bathroom sink is very low and pressure in the sink next to the microwave is very high, splashing water all over the place. I am surprised that the health department hasn’t shut this place down. We checked in, and walked right back out. Absolutely disgusting. Room was dark. Felt more like a prison than a hotel room. It didn’t look like the bathroom had been cleaned in a month or two. Mold and mildew city! I would not let my family use the bathroom without “hovering”. The sheets were all stained up. Where to start... This was by far the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Our room was dirty, missing light bulbs, spiders and spider webs in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken so when you sat on it it would slide sideways. It looked like someone had used hair dye in the bathroom and it was all over the toilet, wall, floor and sink. We did not have a smoke detector in our room and our outside door was broken and you could open it without a keycard, even if the deadbolt was locked. Very pleasant visit. My job booked me a room on 7/6/26 and I must say it was a good experience over all! Sathvi at the front desk was amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable and kind towards all my questions and concerns! Employees like this can make the guest experience even better just by been extremely kind and knowledgeable! Great job! The room was very clean and the location is perfect. Walmart and a few restaurants are within walking distance. ☺️
