Hotel was very clean and comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and very helpful considering I needed extra bedding for the pullout bed and extra towels almost extra everything & staff happily accommodated all of my needs. Breakfast was plentiful with so many options to choose from. It is walking distance from an outlet mall. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay and would recommend it & def my go-to next time I'm in the area.

Absolutely DISGUSTING hotel...also not in a great area. Homeless people were just sitting in the hotel lobby for HOURS. We arrived in our room, lights immediately flickering before turning on for at least 45 seconds...toilet did not work. We called downstairs and they moved us to a second room while we grabbed dinner & hung out with family. When we got to our second room around 9pm, THESE LIGHTS WERE ALSO FLICKERING. Stayed here on 05/31/26 -06/01/2 Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, there were numerous issues that negatively impacted my experience. The staff was very rude and often unavailable when assistance was needed. I would give them 0 stars if there was an option. Left my poor Mom in tears, my Dad ended up in a yelling match with the front desk. Super, super rude. I can't imagine they get that much business. Doesn't help to be mean to the people that actually come there to stay. She said they would rather sleep in their car than have to speak with that man again or stay there.
Avoid this place at all costs! We booked two rooms on March 27, and it was a nightmare from the start. • Infestation: Both the original and the "upgraded" rooms were infested with bed bugs. We found them crawling on the sheets in both rooms. • Atmosphere: The hallways were loud and crowded with construction workers eating and shouting, which the hotel dismissed as "normal." • Refund Fraud: After we refused to stay in a bug-infested room at 9 PM, the hotel promised a full refund. The staff here is quite nice and helpful, re-cleaning our room daily; the staff here seems to be willing to even bend over backward if that would help the clients here!
It should be called " discomfort" inn. An embarassment. While room was reasonably clean the bath had cracked and poorly patched walls. Most annoying was a tv that didnt work at all and after calls to the se4vuce listed and promises to come up and fix it no one came and we were told maybe tomorrow...no other room had tv either. We went out to diner and returned with food to find the frig did not work! This is a disgrace...we were to stay 3 days...we hope to leave tomorrowm..mo one cares!!
Quality inn on woodbine rd in St Joseph was nect to horrific.. 1st room (217) looked like someone was still in the room, bedspread& top sheet pulled back, stool hadn't been flushed, Used towels on b/r floor.. Went down to check in desk& informed the clerk (if that's what he was) & explained the situation & he assigned a clean room (wasn't asking to much I don't believe).. Hallway smelled like "Curry"..
