If you’re white, I do not recommend staying here. My reservation was canceled, and based on the circumstances and how I was treated, I felt like I was being discriminated against because I’m white. The entire experience was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. No customer should feel like they’re being treated differently because of their race. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking here.
I stay at motels all week working. It would be nice to relax eat and watch TV. Comfort inn in Andrews does not offer that. One or 2 channels is all that work infomercials. Told staff and didn’t seem to care. I would kill flies daily, I left nothing in the room to attract them. A roach was in my toiletry bag. That’s all I would need is to bring one of them to my home. Nice hotel. Pros good comfortable room. Good customer service Cons. The floors feel like the foundation is sinking and the elevator could use some repairs. I didnt feel safe in the elevator
The room was very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their continental breakfast was really good. I'm on the road alot for work so I have stayed in plenty of hotels this one is one of the best I've been in. If your passing through and need to stop this is the one you should stay with.
