If you care about having a clean, calm, and nice place to stay, this is the place. The staff were very nice. The reasons for giving them 4 stars not 5: 1) Don’t count on their breakfast. We stayed in a line for about 50 min. Finally they were out of this or that, and the breakfast wasn’t what you find even in a 3 stars hotel. 2) we had 2 soaps for 4 people in our room and not enough towels for 4 people. Just to mention that we didn’t ask for more bc we always take our personal items and don’t like to use the hotels towels.
Thin hotel is perfectly located and is very clean. The staff are awesome. We relocated to Kingston and stayed here while waiting for an apartment to be ready, the staff are fantastic, helping with directions, where to go/get things. Always available for any questions. Rooms cleaned daily, just ask for an extra towel or facecloth and they bring it to you. The front desk manager and the hotel manager are incredible. Great new (for us) hotel. After a long trip from Quebec, we found our room Very clean, bright and comfortable. Quiet and very helpful staff. Spacious parking. Nice Breakfast. Highly recommend. We will be back on our next visit to Kingston!!
