I assume they have something to hide. I was going to book my room for 2 nights. But, I asked to check out the hotel rooms and pool area beforehand. My request was declined with, " What do you mean check it out?" I clarified. I was not allowed to see a room. These reviews are BAD and there's no way I'm booking without seeing it first!!! I asked what temperature the pool was and she said °65 degrees. I said that's very cold. We stayed at this hotel for one night. The first receptionist who welcomed us was very kind and pleasant, and we really appreciated her friendly attitude. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was very disappointing. Our room was located right next to the hallway area with a vending machine. There was a constant low-frequency noise and vibration coming from that area. We could not only hear it, but actually feel the vibration in our room, especially when lying in bed — it genuinely felt as if the bed itself was vibrating... read more

The staff were friendly, but when checking in; we waited at least 20 minutes for someone to show up at the desk. It was around 4PM, an entire lobby of guests were waiting behind us as well. My family are the ones staying here. They said the furniture in the rooms could use refreshing/replaced. Also, when assisting my grandmother with hooking up the room phone (it was disconnected upon check in), we saw lots of old food crumbs behind the desk. So that was lowkey a turn off for cleanliness.
