Nice clean hotel. The pool was under construction during our stay. The breakfast was nothing special, but adequate. The location was wonderful with great views. We would stay here again.
The room was nice and clean, but the shower didn't work. I had to squat in the tub to wash. After a 10 hour flight and 4 hour drive, I only wanted a hot shower and sleep. I'd already unpacked. I told the front desk, and they didn't think it was an issue. They just said that they would let maintenance know. Also, the woman who checked me in gave me a bit of a hard time, I had to put the room on a card I only carry for emergency because of her. AC unit was loud, woke me up multiple times crackling.
I got scammed immediately when I arrived. I payed and reserved a room through a 3rd party website and when I arrived they had my room reserved and ready. The desk lady asked for a card for damages etc. and I was immediately charged the full price of another room. I asked why and she said it was because I never payed even though they had a reservation for me? Anyways the desk lady was extremely condescending and rude and she either doesn’t know what she’s talking about or is scamming me. Don’t stay at the Cumfort Inn it blows... read more
