Fantastic and clean Hotel with very comfy beds. We came for a weekend of biking and they gave us a massive room on the main floor so we can fit all of our bikes in the hotel room with us. The kids absolutely loved the pool, water slide and hot tub. It was a fantastic weekend getaway

Our recent stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Valemount, BC was beyond disappointing. While the hotel appears to be relatively new, the room we were given was in rough shape. The chair was broken, the desk ridiculously scratched up (did someone bring a sander?) and the shelf in the shower was so bent that our body wash slid right off. The toilet seat was askew, there was mould in the corners of the shower, the shower temperature was barely warm, and the ice machine in the common area was clogged, leaving people to take off ... read more
