By far, the most friendly staff. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate any needs you have. One of the best Hotels around. Breakfast is great, staff is great. And management is "A"class. Not to mention safe and very clean. A excellent place to rest your head after a long day.

This place is a shab of a place to stay. The breakfast is raw, and not cooked through. The rooms have bugs in them, TV does not work and when asked to change rooms or get a different TV they simply said, "I can't do that." They have false advertising in their rooms saying they have services and when I call, for example getting transported somewhere, they say "We do not offer that here." I am getting told no, no, no, no, no and no so many times.

We had a great stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Snyder, TX. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. During breakfast they checked on us several times, kept tables clean, and made sure the food was fresh and fully stocked. At checkout, the front desk agent chatted with us and asked how we liked our room, even mentioning that she loves that particular room, which felt very genuine. I called and asked to speak with a supervisor here and the receptionist refused to transfer my call and then she hung up on me!!!!! Horrible customer service
