I am a Diamond member and when I asked about an upgrade the desk clerks said they knew nothing about Diamond members. This is the first Comfort I have stayed at that did not understand the meaning of Diamond member. Will not be back
This is the most nastiest smelling hotel I have ever been in. The rooms smell like mildew from water damage. If you have breathing problems make sure you do not stay here. Very Very Very Outdated rooms, I would not say much if it was a $40 a night room, but it was a $130 a night room and it defiantly is not worth that.
