Toilet was backed up and they didn't fix it the entire stay. No bottled water in the machine. Breakfast and coffee was gone at 630 with no replacement. Reguested a plunger it didn't show up till we were leaving. All in all worst motel experience I've ever had....!!!
I travel often for work and always check reviews before booking. Based on the ratings, I decided to stay here. Check-in went smoothly, but the room itself was disappointing. The bed had a stain and a hair on the duvet cover, which I ended up removing myself. When I checked the bathroom, I found a few hairs in the bathtub as well. The staff was polite and the process of checking in was fine, but cleanliness is one of the most important things I look for in a hotel. Unfortunately, this stay didn’t meet that standard.
Good spot with good staff, convenient parking and location.
