Rude staff This place was a wonderful place to stay I wanted to stay another night and went to pay for my stay over the graveyard lady was very rude she had told us we couldn't stay because the people next door said that they were scared we were breaking in there room an all this other crazy stuff when we had checked in very late in the night about 3am and when we entered the room the door that locks to the next room was open and no one was in that room so I shut and locked it and called and told her so I think she lied cuz ... read more

Linda Kilborn/ unhappy customer I have stayed at your Comfort Inn in China Lake, California 7 different nights (since June 16). I have a Frequent Traveler ID. Account # CA022-103489. The last 2 times I stayed there, 2 times in September and once in Oct. I was told I would get a free night, and I have not. I am not happy and will never stay at one of your hotels again unless I get a refund for the last night I stayed there, Oct, 15. I was charged $89.00 and I was told that I would get that night free. Alaska The Hotel is quite easy to find in a new city. Upon entering the Hotel lobby We were warmly greeted and checked in efficiently. The desk person informed us of the Complimentary Hot Breakfast and evening reception hour.The interior and guest rooms are nicely updated and warm feeling. The overall value exceeded our expectations.When returning to Spokane, We will deffently stay here again.
