The last 2 times I stayed there, 2 times in September and once in Oct. I was told I would get a free night, and I have not. I am not happy and will never stay at one of your hotels again unless I get a refund for the last night I stayed there, Oct, 15. I was charged $89.00 and I was told that I would get that night free.
