Stanley was amazing! All about customer service.
When we arrived, the bathroom's smelt likes smoke.So I brought the attention to the front desk, she came and looked at it and wrote it down, we were not compensated.We were very tired and did not care to move.Everybody was very helpful here.Front desk , people were great , especially stanley
NO! I'm traveling and my cars started having issues so I stopped and got a hotel while my car is being fixed. Larry was the one that checked me in. He was super nice at first but when I went to my room and it was not the room that I thought I had booked, I came back downstairs and he not only got an attitude with me but started raising his voice with me.
