My truck broke down during a cross country trip resulting in me staying here for three nights. It was a very pleasant experience and all staff were very friendly.
Trucker here ,Thanks Mr Stanley for that great opportunity very friendly and professional I checked in around 1am and he showed me around to all them amenities that this hotel has to offer very great person to talk with and he goes above and beyond
Stanley was a bright welcome after midnight this Monday helping us off the road on a 14 hour trip and into a perfect room !!! I am honored to have met Stanley!!! We feel much better now thanks to him !!
Overall, our stay at comfort Inn & Suite Lawrence was great. We had taken a 21 hour road trip, so we definitely needed a hotel that was affordable, clean, and comfortable. We found that in comfort Inn and Suites. Notably, we had an issue with the bathroom door locking and it locked us out. Fortunately, I met a kind man at the service desk by the name of STANLEY.
