Hotel was clean and nice. I’m giving it a poor rating because we were overcharged. I had an additional 450.00 charges showing pending besides the 150.00. A total of 600.00 pre authorization out of my account. The owner voided a 300.00 fee but never an explanation of why it happened and never acknowledged the additional 300.00 in charges. Just told me to wait till Monday. If you are a family traveling on a budget. What a terrible place I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The manager of this place is a thief. Stole $200 from me my job canceled i only stayed 1 night and he charged me $308 for one night and still hasn't refunded the $150 damage deposit. This happens to me all the time with jobs changing dates and never one time have they not refunded me my money back. Do not use this place ever.
Very nice. Super clean. Great staff, conversational, pleasant. Pool is clean and fun. Loved the rooms too! On our list of places to stay again.
Good rooms and extra nice staff. The only detractor was the proximity to a main road with lots of noise from traffic.
I always read reviews before we book at hotels, and booking here was 50/50. Cleanliness and bugs are top on the list. I'm happy to review this hotel as a clean, quiet, and has a friendly staff. We were in a handicap room that was very large, even for ADA standards. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was ok. The breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, waffles and biscuits, and gravy. But what really impressed me was the hostess, Macann (unsure of). She was actually on her knees, wiping down all the legs on the c... read more
